Helping communities and organizations work better.

Justin Chapman

I’m Justin Chapman, an operations and marketing leader who’s spent over a decade helping organizations grow through better strategy, stronger systems, and clearer communication. I’m passionate about this community, and I believe the same thoughtful approach that works in business can make a real difference in the place we call home.

What matters most...

At the end of the day, it comes back to family. I’m a husband and dad of two, and most of what I do professionally and in this community is driven by wanting to build the best possible future for my kids to grow up in.

It's like a resume but more interesting

My Work

Over the past decade, I’ve led marketing, operations, and admissions strategy across multiple organizations, driving measurable results in growth, efficiency, and team performance. Below is a look at the work, the numbers, and the experience behind it.

A family man working to make his community better, one day at a time

Personally and professionally, Justin is working to make West Kelowna a better place. From volunteering in soccer, to improving the education available to those in rural communities and working with Indigenous communities to assist in their educational experiences, Justin is working to build the best BC possible.

A Lifetime Here

Justin has lived in the Okanagan since he was 5 years old. He has lived in Kelowna, Lake Country, and West Kelowna. Because of this, he has a strong understanding of the community’s needs.

Award Winner

Justin was awarded the Distinguished Service Award in 2024 by the Association for Healthcare Documentation Integrity for his dedication to improving the healthcare industry.

Active & Grounded

Outside every chance he gets, whether he’s hiking with his kids, fishing, or coaching on a soccer pitch, Justin’s connection to the Okanagan goes well beyond where he happens to live.

Hard Work

I believe in hard work. Not just in the traditional sense of hammer and nails, but day-to-day hard work, whether that be at a desk or with your family. Working hard to be your best is all we can ask for.

Try, Fail, Try Again

To learn, you have to fail. What's important (and what I teach my kids) is making sure you don't quit just because things got hard. I have failed a lot of times, but I've found success through failure.

Trust

I am the type of person who believes in a handshake. If I say something, I'll do it; and if I can't, I'll ask for help. We have to trust one another to get to the best place possible.

Have Fun

While not everything we do every day is fun, I find it so important to try and find the fun in every job, activity, and experience. We aren't here long enough to not have the best time possible.

you are in good hands
