Volunteering is a cornerstone of Justin’s past. He has learned so much about how to lead people and how to be lead. These experiences have shaped who Justin truly is.

I didn’t study marketing because I wanted to run ads. I studied it because I was fascinated by why people make decisions and how communication either helps or gets in the way of that. My degree from UBC Okanagan gave me the theoretical foundation, but the real education came from years of sitting with data that wasn’t moving the way it should and figuring out why.

Justin Chapman’s work experience includes over 12 years of leadership experience and positions in administrative positions over the past 17 years.

I’ve spent my career trying to understand how things work and finding ways to make them work better. That curiosity has shaped everything from the way I approach data and leadership to the way I show up in my community. This is how I think, and why it matters.
